How many classes a week?

Currently there are between 2-3 Live classes taught per week

Do you use props for class? Where can I get them?

We love props for class, although we do offer prop less classes as well. Here is a list of the props we love with links to purchase:

Pilates Mat- You want a thicker mat for Pilates to help cushion all your bones

Pilates Ball- Keep your ball slightly deflated

Theraband- Long bands about your height in length is ideal

Light Hand Weights- I love these to help work on grip strength but any light hand weights will do

Foam Roller- Preferably the longer foam roller so your spine can be fully supported

Pilates Ring- Rarely used as not everyone has one

Are there pre-recorded classes?

There will always be one pre recorded class made available to you via our website.

We also offer an additional pre recorded class link per week when you donate a minimum of $10 per week. Upon receiving your donation you will receive access to an additional pre recorded class each week.

How do I donate?

Donations can be made via PayPal and Venmo. We will include both links below. Check or Cash are also always welcome.

Is there a suggested donation?

No suggestion, pay what you can.

Do you donate all funds?

Yes. Every last cent besides the small percentages that Paypal & Venmo take.

Where have your funds been donated most recently?

MorDance: A Nonprofit ballet company based in the NYC area. We raised 2K and had it matched for a total donation of 4K. Our donation was earmarked to go towards funding MorDance’s community engagement programs within the New York City Public School System. Covid has put a strain on many industries, one of them most influenced was the arts as it came to a complete stop. Art and the art of dance are incredibly important in people's lives. It was very important to me to help support MorDance’s mission of bringing ballet to the city Schools.

The Center CT: Formerly known as the Danbury Women’s Shelter, The Center for Empowerment and education helps provide services to victims of domestic and sexual violence within Northern Fairfield and Southern Litchfield county. We donated 2K to help support The Center’s mission.
